Nellikkattil Charitable Remainder Unitrust
The Nellikkattil Charitable Remainder Unitrust (CRUT) funds the Foundation’s mission, providing a structured vehicle for charitable giving whose distributions support the Foundation’s community programs.
The CRUT works hand in hand with the Foundation: planned giving flows through the trust and into the community initiatives the Foundation directs.
Community Focus
The Foundation is advancing a Katy-area residential sanctuary initiative for women and children, overseeing site acquisition and zoning compliance to bring the project from vision to reality.
